Service Not Delivered: The service provider failed to arrive or complete the service.
Provider Cancellation: Your confirmed booking was cancelled by the provider.
Service Quality Issues: If the service was incomplete or poorly delivered, and you report the issue within 24 hours with valid proof.
Duplicate Payment: If a transaction was charged twice due to a system or payment gateway error.
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
If the service was completed and accepted by the customer.
If the cancellation is made after the provider has arrived or started the service.
If incorrect or misleading information was provided by the customer that affected service quality.
If the refund request is made more than 24 hours after service delivery.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
In case of wallet or cash bookings, eligible amounts may be refunded as Samadan credits or vouchers.
